if we're judging based on the quality of the dub then fullmetal alchemist, the first version since i haven't seen brotherhood yet, takes the cake for me. dragon ball z got too repetitive back in like 98 and 99 when i was actually watching it for me to be old enough to care or know about subs and dubs but i distinctly remember it being cohesive enough to at least understand. i literally remember zilch about the knights of the zodiac series that was on toonami at the same time as DBZ.
