Fighters from Russia's Wagner Group have begun training Belarusian soldiers, according to Ukrainian and Polish officials. The Belarusian Defense Ministry shared a video showing Wagner fighters instructing Belarusian soldiers at a military range near Osipovichi. Meanwhile, Poland is strengthening its border with Belarus to address potential threats from the Russian mercenary group.

The so called annexed territories are legally part of the Russian Federation now, following international procedure of the Russian Parliament ( in this case) ratifying the democratic choice by vote of these people of former eastern Ukraine to be part of the Russian Federation. So this obviously was not annexation as it is in accordance with international norms and procedures. Interestingly when it comes to the NATO bombing iraq and libya or Belgrade without UN Authorization, the act of war against humanity is considered legal.
