Went to Happy Lamb Hot Pot, an all-you-can-eat (AYCE) hot pot spot. Here’s how it works:

🔥 Step 1: Choose a small or large pot (I prefer small for more control).
🍲 Step 2: Pick a soup base – I got mushroom, husband got spicy.
🥩 Step 3: Choose Regular or Deluxe ($5 extra for 5 more items). We went with Regular.

🥢 Food & Experience:

Beef & lamb are ordered from staff, but everything else is self-serve.
Includes a free drink station (orange juice, plum juice, soft drinks).
Sauce bar available—my go-to mix: sesame paste, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and chili oil.
All the ingredients looked super fresh and the meat was amazing.
Ice cream is included! It tasted more yogurty than creamy, but still a nice touch.
Overall, great AYCE hot pot experience. Would recommend!
