The Heavy Vehicles are on a vacation. They set out to go on an outing with joy in their hearts, but then, on the way, they make a mistake and cause inconvenience to the cars behind them. To make matters worse, rain starts to fall with thunder and lightning, so the Heavy Vehicles give up on the outing and decide to return home. On their way home, they find that the tunnel has collapsed because of the heavy rain. They sing a song as they splendidly start to restore and rebuild the collapsed tunnel.
