Students are advised to be aware of their surroundings and report suspicious behavior after campus police received five reports last week of an alleged Peeping Tom at the Grayson and Field residence halls.

This a an ongoing problem at UMass Amherst. Right now the girls who live in Orchard Hill at UMass, have to use the buddy system In order to take showers. They only have a shower curtain to protect them and anyone can walk into those bathrooms.

We are asking UMass to add a camera to the hallway, doors to the showers and a key scanner to get into the bathroom .

If you research you will see years of this behavior and no changes to the bathrooms to keep the girls safe .
