What's Good Everyone! 📣📣📣 We got some fresh Tier 2 Premium content for you guys today! On the block is, Vanilla Sanctuary Guard Dragon (RP) vs. Blaster Thing Saver (RP). Both decks are very experimental... one a Vanilla/Zarzan Fusion and the other playing the OG Seeker, Thing Saver Dragon Legion! Stay tuned to see which deck prevails!

What is Tier 2 Premium? Well, NOT Tier 1 😂 (No Loops, Nue Daio, Stand Trigger Shenanigans). Just a couple guys playing Premium for the fun of it! We have many more experimental decks on the way and have a wide rotation of unique decks to record! We are hoping to shed some light on the less toxic side of premium, and show some old and new combos. 👍👍

What are the payoffs that drew you to playing the vanilla version of Sanc Guard?

The ones that came to mind for me:
1) Sanc Guard + Crystalluster dragon is a powerful combo. It's even more disgusting when you get to GB3. Is the point of the vanilla units to get to GB3 ASAP?
2) Sanc Guard does need a full backrow to function, and Crystalluster needs a full front row of grade 2+ units to function. The vanilla units are known for being able to generate a lot of pluses. Are they used as an engine to facilitate the building of that big board?
3) Because you play Sanc Guard as the main grade 3, you do get access to Sanc Guard Regalie. 4 face up Cycloned plus Regalie and a board full of vanillas sounds like some disgustingly high numbers.
4) The Sanc Guard support pieces combo somewhat nicely with the vanilla support. The vanilla stuff is very counterblast heavy, and ballizal makes Sanc Guard essentially counterblast free. Wigstan can also dig for grade 1's out of the meaning you could grab Zarzan, probably the best vanilla in the deck.

Wait, how does sanctuary guard dragon have 3 crit? His base critical is set to 2 with his skill and force 2 sets his base critical to 2, so the effects don't stack.
