Well, England is just this area right here, with its capital being London.
And when we talk about Great Britain, we’re referring to this island made up of three countries: England, Scotland, and Wales.
The United Kingdom, on the other hand, includes Northern Ireland, England, Scotland, and Wales. So, the United Kingdom is a country made up of these four regions.

You forgot about the British Isles which also includes the island of Ireland, the Shetlands, Orkney and both the inner and outer Hebrides.
There's also a "greater" Great Britain which includes the Channel Islands which includes Jersey, Guernsey, Sark, the Isle of Man and the Sciily Isles all of which are semi autonomous regions of crown dependencies governed directly from London not forgeting Rockall!
Thus the British Isles has a larger coastline ( 30, 000 miles) than the whole of the United States (7, 000 miles) which includes Alaska and its' overseas Territories!
Such a region is governed by the British-Irish council which is located in London.

Another common confusion I want to point is the difference between Constituent Countries (Northern Ireland, England, Wales, and Scotland) and Sovereign Countries (United Kingdom, France, USA, etc). Constituent countries are countries, but not in the same status as sovereign countries (and they’re kind of like states or provinces), so they’re not considered a part of the United Nations nor what people generally interpret as the “countries/nations” of the world.

So, I always understood the “British isles” to be Britain and all the little isles around it like the Hebrides, Orkney, and the Isle of Wight.

So yes, “great” Britain doesn’t include these.

But “Britain” does. It’s strange to see it illustrated differently.

To be honest there are so many countries that speak Spanish and I've just realised that which is Spain Mexico Colombia Argentina and I think some other more but I can't remember
