a lot of this “proof” means nothing
1. Scaring a pre time skip Blackbeard doesn’t even put him above 1st commander level idk why that’s your argument and his entire crew was fodder lol
2. Oda wasn’t saying that akainu could just find the one peice if he wanted to he’s said if he was the protagonist he could do it. The point was that if you start with a strong character as the protagonist, because of how quickly they will improve as the main character they will quickly become op.
3. His feats against whitebeard honestly put him way below yonko level lol. Old Whitebeard used a full force advanced conquerors attack at shanks and it got caught with no effort. The whitebeard who fought akainu was off his life support couldn’t use haki, had to massively hold back to not destroy the island, was severely injured and completely exhausted, and was having multiple heart attacks and still landed 2 attacks on akainu that would have killed him but he reformed since whitebeard didn’t have haki at the time and couldn’t damage logia😂. Even you put current law or zoro in akainu’s place, they could have killed whitebeard😂
4. He was never stated to have the most offensive fruit. It was stated that his devil fruit was on the highest teir of offensive capabilities. Also, that’s only considering the power of the fruit alone and not the user. Blackbeard has whitebeards devil fruit as well as his own extremely powerful devil fruit, yet he has nowhere near as much ap or dc because he is not as strong as whitebeard and can’t use the devil fruit as effectively.
5. Kaido has all types of advanced haki, including advanced conquerors. Akainu doesn’t even have conquerors haki. Also, Kaido simply has better feats of armament and observation. The fact that your using akainu having(not even confirmed) advanced armament and observation as an argument to him being kaido level proves you haven’t watched one peice
6. Kuzan scaling doesn’t really prove anything especially since he is Kuzan’s freatest weakness giving him a massive advantage. Also, Kuzan’s only feats are clapping some fodder and beating a 78 year old garp who took a cheap shot and has an entire sword in his chest😂.
7. Changing the climate means absolutely nothing lol. The top teirs can just delete island’s multiple times the size of punk hazard. Also, when large amounts of ice and magma are clashing for 10 days, is obviously going to effect the climate lol. That’s not much of a feat lol it’s just how their elements effect the environment

Strength goes to kaido because kaido can transform into hybrid form which increases his strength. Just because akainu’s devil fruit is more destructive doesn’t mean that akainu is physically stronger than kaido. Speed goes to kaido because kaido can transform into hybrid form which increases his speed. Kaido is fast enough to keep up with gear 2 and snake man luffy, and there aren’t any good speed feats from akainu. Durability ap and dc all go to kaido. Kaido has advanced conquerors haki which enhances his defense and attack power while akainu does not. When akainu stops whitebeards blade, his foot is still touching the blade. If he was using advanced conquerors haki then his foot would not be touching the blade. Akainu would definitely use advanced conquerors haki vs whitebeard if he had it, but he didn’t. Also when akainu and whitebeard clashed, the sky never split, which would imply that akainu could also used advanced conquerors haki. Since akainu doesn’t have advanced conquerors haki, kaido would easily brush off his attacks. Even advanced arnament isn’t enough to bypass advanced conquerors haki because when luffy hit kaido with red hawk, it didn’t affect him even though luffy was using advanced arnament haki. Akainu’s advanced arnament haki would not be able to do anything to kaido. Kaido’s advanced conquerors haki would be more potent towards akainu because akainu doesn’t have advanced conquerors haki, so he wouldn’t be able to tank kaido’s attacks. Advanced conquerors haki does internal and external damage to people, so akainu would be extra screwed when he gets hit. Overall, kaido would easily be able to tank any of Akainu’s attacks, but akainu would take a lot of damage from kaido’s attacks coated in advanced conquerors haki. Akainu wouldn’t be able to do anything about it since kaido is faster than akainu. Akainu takes endurance and iq obviously, and you could even argue that akainu takes dc, but that wouldn’t help akainu at all. Kaido defeats akainu mid-high diff based on feats from both characters.

I don't think a lot of people realize that when Akainu lands a direct hit, he's literally going through your body every time. He is the one character that can literally one shot you with a body blow or at least critically wound you.
