The premier of Quebec asked the bloc to vote in favour with the conservatives to kick the liberals out

Bill 319 would give seniors 65 to 74 the same increase that 75 and over seniors got in 2022 in all of Canada.A 10% increase in payments. Bill-282 exempts the supply-managed farm sectors — dairy, poultry and eggs — from any future trade negotiations. That would apply to all Canadian provinces. Actually not that bad legislation. The money to seniors could be deducted from foreign philanthropy. Both of these Bills apply to all of Canada not just Quebec.
