Review: Porsche 911 Carrera S (991) vs Porsche GT3 (991) - PT:1

Finally. The first part of my long awaited Porsche Review is now online. Part I consists of a short review of the Porsche 911 Carrera S of the 991.1 generation. Why? Because the new generation was not released yet, when I was filming this review. Not even details like engine displacement were known when this review was being filmed. So please keep that in mind before you start hating in the comments or buying any dislikes. Please enjoy this review and let me hear what you have to say about the 911.

This Carrera S will probably be the last regular Carrera that comes with a naturally aspirated engine. The facelifted 991.2 generation cars will already come with 3 liter twin-turbo engines, which will add mostly torque, but remove that race car feel and sound.

Great video. I love my 991. It drives and sounds exciting. I got goosebumps just listening to the engine and watching you take those rolling curves (Porsche curves).

The other big reason Porsche is going to nearly all turbo motors with downsized displacements is: selling more cars in China.
