Steps to Fix Microsoft Teams Error We Couldn't Connect To The Internet Try Checking Your Connection
Step 1) Make sure Internet is connected, run these commands
ipconfig /flushdns
nbtstat –r
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset
Step 2) Run Microsoft Teams as an administrator and in compatibility mode
Step 3) Clear Microsoft Teams cache files
%appdata%\Microsoft

Can you tell us at all why this is needed. Seems to be a fairly common problem in my organization and reinstalling MS Teams works for a bit then happens again since reinstalling doesn’t remove the app data stuff
