As someone that has provided web hosting for 16 years I only provided Cpanel access to one client and they were one of my first clients.

It was a nightmare, I ended up letting them go after the first year.

Most of my work was in website design, providing hosting was just a easier way for me to control everything.

I didn’t even tell them about the Cpanel app. I did get a few clients that had IT staff that thought it should be something they should have access to and had management try to have me provided it.

I always said that I could offer it to them in the next years contract. Due to that fact that it would be extra 35% more, they soon forget about it.

Someone once said to me that have hosting clients was like babysitting.
