Logistics my friends. You've overrun your supply line.

All this meticulously detailed coverage of WWII over 4 years- you would think you would have picked up some working knowledge of the importance of logistics 😃

WOW, that Spatacus chap is really tall. We never see that as he is usually sat behind a desk. Seeing him driving the car reminds me of the film "!Police Acadamy" with the character "High Tower" that was too tall to drive a small car, so they ripped the front seats out and he drove the car from the back seat. Great to see you teaming up with fellow Youtuber WW2TV. I love it when different channels hook up. Great presentation guys.

Running out of fuel sounds like you are planning a recreation of the German experience in Battle of the Bulge.

My mate and I went to Port-En -Bessin a few years ago as part of our own D-Day tour. As we arrived there was a marching band coming down the main street. We were impressed that they had laid out such a warm welcome for us, until someone pointed out it was Bastille Day.

Oh yes, Pegasus Bridge! I think it's pretty impressive that you can still drive over it today. It's been replicated, but it looks just like the original.
In 2019, I took a vacation to Normandy with my family, and we saw a lot there: Juno, Gold and Sword Beach, Port-en-Bessin (known as the setting for Ouistreham in "The Longest Day"), the museum in Caen... We also didn't even realize at first that D-Day had been exactly 75 years ago. In every village there were posters, flags and decorations showing D-Day and Résistance heroes or saying "Merci à nos libérateurs!" Because of them, we as Germans sometimes felt a little awkward, as if we were the only ones who were not invited to this party.
But Normandy is definitely worth a visit, even without this part of history.

My Grandfather Wally was in a Canadian Sherman with the 1st Hussars on Juno. I would give almost anything to touch that sand. It’s holy ground to me. 🇨🇦

Love to see you quoting Blues Brothers! First watched that movie when I was 3 years old, and it's been my favorite film ever since.
