i own a water villa unit at the light collection 1. the bad thing of the water villa is there is too much heat trapped inside the unit like a greenhouse, especially during the hot weather in the dry season. this is because of too much glass installed especially at the staircase column and also the rooftop garden. that's why i have spent so much money on tinting there!
of course, maintenance is a huge headache like the air conditioners because of the water vapour evaporated from the surrounding pond containing seawater for the marine animals like sting rays. fyi, some owners including my one have their basement carpark renovated to make it more spacious for the cars to park.
