I enjoyed looking back at the 4400 which I ran some as a teenager. It was either this one or perhaps one we had before the 4400 which had three external A/C condenser fans on the roof of the cab and each time the grain bin was emptied, you were supposed to hold a toggle switch to reverse them to blow out any trash and dust that had accumulated. Great John Deere memories. Thanks.

The Titan was such an improvement over the hundred. The unloading system alone was worth the trade. Our 7700 was always unloading issues. 6600 was good. Can’t wait till the Titan video by far my favorite combine

We had a 7700 turbo, it was the last Deere combine on the yard. The world had passed them by. We went to NH rotaries after that, plus JD didn't have the turret auger and I'd like to slap the engineer that thought putting the return elevator under the seat was a good idea. You can't even get under there without removing the seat. Dumb designed combine all the way around. Love our NH combines

Nice video...very good work. I like what you had to say on the 4400, as my father had a 1979 model. I just love the titan series combines; whoever Deere hired or had as engineers when they came out with that rounded styled cab, were brilliant....just love the looks of those machines.

My Late Uncle had a 3300 and a farm I used to work on had a 6600 -( Which I thought was kind of odd since he farmed with White and Oliver Tractors and Implements... You would have thought he would have went with a White or Oliver Combine.)...

The Titans were the best combines Deere made. I have an "87" and an "88" Titan II, both 7720's. Always shedded no matter what.

Titan combines were from 1979 to 1978 huh? -1 years of production! Just giving you a hard time. I’m enjoying the content. Family ran a 7700 when I was a kid.

Just my having run a 70 4400 and a 76 4400 and a 70 6600 as well as a 75 4030 SGB as well as a 75 4630 SGB I never seen a brown cloth seat "personal posture" seat factory installed in a 30 series SGB tractor. Those came factory installed on the 40 series SGB cab tractors with the hydraulic seat suspension. I put one in my 4030, seat only, no hydraulic suspension, and seems it was like $500, A lot of money back in late 70's early 80's. We did have the brown cloth personal posture in our 76 4400, A lot nicer to put down the armrest for additional passengers.
