Dutch Pour Comparison ~ Arteza vs. Artist Loft Pouring Paints / Acrylic Pouring / Fluid Art

you guys asked for this one! I did a comparison of the artist loft vs. arteza ready mixed pouring paints. Some have said that artist loft ready mixed paints are being discontinued, let me know if you guys know this for a fact! I am actually very surprised that the artist loft paints were harder to move. I should have poured the white separately for each pour, i know that for the next comparison for sure! Its always difficult trying to prep a pour for videoing, this was one of the down falls here. Which one do you guys like better? I like the composition of the arteza, and the finish of the artist loft. If i could combine both, i would have a pretty great product huh? LOL.

Molly: I agree with you about the Artist’s Loft ready mixed starts to dry fast while working with them. I think they work great for ring pours.

I like both pours but the Arteza definitely has better colors.

How about a Dutch pour with neon colors but the “blow” color is black instead of white?
How do you think that’ll turn out?

I really liked the first one with the Arteza paints. It looked to me like a Dutch Iris flower!

Arteza is best, so far. Would love to see the watered down version. I just priced the artist loft pre-mixed. Going to try today.

Do you have a video on how to mix the paints? ie: mixing in bottles. The flattop and your gloss varnish etc. and what causes cells.

I like it when you experiment with different products Molly. Definitely not your usual Dutch Pour, but pretty none the less. Love the glossy look & the colors are very bright. I haven’t been able to buy any of the artist’s loft pre-mixed paint at all. It’s always been sold out, I guess that’s why. I still have so much other paint that I need to use up before buying more. I bought the huge mat & I was shocked at the size too! Great products. I hope you’re having a great weekend, much love Grandma from Iowa 🥰

Great demonstration. I find the Artist Loft Ready Mixed is only good for ring pours. Love how glossy they are. Also if you use silicone and do a flip cup it works with that too. And don’t try to use other paints with them. They definitely don’t play well with other paints.

I live in Massachusetts and just ordered a few Artist Loft pouring paints to pick up at my local store. Not all colors were available, but they had several. Thought I’d try them since they were 40% off.
