This was such a fun idea! I’m heading to Ashley’s channel now to watch her video. I hope she likes your book better than you liked yours!

Even just hearing you talk about the book made me confused 😅 Such a shame that this was such a flop because it sounded SO good 😭 but glad we still had fun either way!!

Elizabeth, my friend, your editing is immaculate, chef’s kiss, 10/10. The book was bad but your video was perfection 🤌🏼💕

I used your Ana Luisa link when you posted your amusement park horror video. I bought the Tia hoops and the mini pearl stud earrings. They were delivered extremely quick and I love both pairs! You are totally right, the gold hoops go with anything! Thanks so much for sharing. 😊

Love that you two tried this! I had a hard enough time letting my daughter choose my books to read this month and I live with her. 😄 Sucks this one didn't work out. Love your honesty though! 😊

I’m at the beginning of the video, but listening to Ashley explaining both your tastes, I feel like you’d both love The Lighthouse Witches. It’s not witches casting spells, but a mystery and a mix of genres (anything more would be a spoiler, but the audiobook did make me get emotional).

I agree with you that this book was fantastic in concept but so confusing in execution - I didn't hate it as much as you did but it was still only a 3⭐ for me! I feel like it's the kind of book where it forgot it was meant to be about time travel in favour of the messages it was trying to teach the reader: about women in STEM, how they're treated, how women with mental health issues are treated, pointlessness of bureaucracy and corruption in the law, philosophy about fate and free will etc. Like the time travel was a means to the commentary.

Odette is the name of the Swan Princess in the animated franchise. Seeing as she isn't knwon by Disney and isn't Anastasia, it is not odd that many do nto know who she is or her name, and also the first movie pretends that two people who hated each other for years, spending the summer months every year in the same castle), can suddenly turn around and look at each other on their wedding day and fall in love. There'sa cute HIccup/Merida video on Youtube that uses that song, and honestly with THEM it makes a little more sense, after all Merida is almost married off to a stranger. And HIccup is lucky he met Astrid, Withought her he'd have to have chosen someone to e his partner and Merida is a good choice.

Your complaints were my exact complaints on the Netflix show Dark. Couldn’t watch past season 2.

After watching your review, even I can conclude that it’s such a giant mess. 😂
Also, on the spoilers…

I’m gay, but even I can’t fathom that relationship unless the young version of that person travelled to my timeline and stay there, OR me going there and stayed there. BUT you said you can’t change “the future”, so how is that going to work without a consequence?

I think it would have been better if she recommended a book that she read before.

I'm not really sure about this method of being carbon neutral. It sounds like they're saying that because they pay to more or less own a forest, which already produces oxygen, that means they can also produce carbon emissions. It feels like just another way of paying to emit. I guess I don't know what was going to happen to that forest otherwise but ideally it would go on producing oxygen regardless of whether this company owns it. I really love this channel and I'm not an expert on carbon neutrality but that company explanation sounds off to me.
