That very first arc of Bleach felt like lightning in a bottle, it toed this perfect line between sakuga-packed shonen about big sword bigger monster and laid-back, happy, fun, casual school days dramcom. It was exactly what I wanted to watch at the exact point in my life that I first watched it, I remember staying up late watching the episodes out of order because you had to go to a different website to stream each one if you couldn’t just torrent the whole season before the likes of 9anime came round.

Cant believe that this phenomenal show is so slept on nowadays.. people still wank on DBZ, Naruto, and One Piece, like crazy.. but bleach got slept on, til TYBW arc got announced.. After that arc finally comes out, people are gonna see why it’s a GEM of an anime, and hopefully quit underrating it.

Bleach.. my childhood. And This song was one of my first few Japanese songs that I had ever heard. My love for animes and their soundtracks grew exponentially when I heard this opening..
Miss Bleach so much. 1000 year blood war is here but still, those were such good times man.
