5 Basic Foot-Plant Tricks

Usually I try to avoid placing a foot on the ground during a trick. Here are 5 basic tricks where that's sort of the point!
0:21 180 no-comply - I find a fronstide 180 no-comply easier than a non-spinning no-comply. Tip: keep your back foot low to the ground to keep control of the board during the pop and scoop.
Other variations include fast plant, bean plant, judo, etc.
1:16 Aero grab - might not be the right name for this, but close enough. You don't need to do it exactly as I show - just pop your board off the nose or tail, grab it, take a step or two, and land.
1:29 Look back - definitely something more commonly seen in longboard dancing. Basically a fancy little backwards push.
2:10 Ghost flip - step off the board, take a step, and underflip as you jump to get back on.
2:36 Safety notes (helmet, pads, and mouth guard recommended!)
4:28 Boneless variation - shove-it bean plant.
5:28 Aero grab variations.
5:54 No comply variation - 360 no comply.

Actually the aero grab is done from nollie or fakie (in longboarding, I’m sure it’s a little different in skateboarding but I still love the way that you do it!)
