Judge rules tabloid violated privacy law in publishing Meghan Markle's letter to her father

The Duchess of Sussex says a British tabloid was finally being held accountable for the damage they caused in publishing a private letter she sent her father. Experts say if the case were held in the U.S., the result would have been much different. Charlie D'Agata reports.
