Mayfair Lipp is, in my opinion, the most hateful character in Songbirds and Snakes. A spoilt, selfish brat who couldn’t stand that a boy who was cheating on her got dumped by the other girl, making her ‘feel like’ second best. So she weaponised the Hunger Games to take her out and would absolutely be willing to do the same to others over petty squalls. Instead of showing camaraderie with her District she acts just like the Capitol.
