Hi Nicki!! I wait ALL WEEK to see your videos on the Positano diaries. I have a small suggestion, and I don't think I'm alone in feeling this way. I'd love to see this channel put out content in the middle of the week, so we can get our fix every few days, instead of having everything once a week!

I love ciabatta toasted, with butter and jam as well!
I changed my breakfast in the last 6 months or so.
In a jar with a lid, Overnight organic rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, tiny pinch of salt, mixed well add whatever type of milk you enjoy. Cover and refrigerate. In the morning I just add frozen or fresh fruit.
I don’t even add any sugar at all. My fruit is sweet enough for me.
So easy.
I still LOVE toast with butter and jam. Now, I might have toast 1 or 2 times a week. ✅👍❤️
