Shamanic Journey to meet Inner Man or Inner Woman

Our subconscious has created an idea of what a man is and what a woman is.

This is created through childhood relationships and social and cultural ideas. It may change through our lifetime due to healing work or new relationships which challenge old ideas.
Sometimes this construct is pushed deep into our subconscious and we don't know that it is there but it still operates in the background creating a filter to all our relationships and telling us what is safe and what isn't.

In this journey, we invite our subconscious to show us what it thinks a man or a woman is. By seeing this, and bringing it to consciousness it can no longer operate in the background without our awareness. We also can ask this part of ourselves what it needs to move back into a place of being in true power and a place of love.

This journey was created to support the online Shamanic Breathwork workshops that I hold twice a month which explores the healing and empowerment of these aspects so that we can return to living from a place of love. For more information on joining in with these sessions see -
