Since its launch in 2020, the PS5 has delivered some astounding games - but which stand out as the best of the best? These are our personal favourites - games you simply HAVE to play, whether you’ve just unwrapped a new PS5 at Christmas or been a proud owner since day one.

I'd add Ghost of Tsushima directors cuts. It is so good, so perfectly written, so brilliantly presented that it became my favourite game within just a few hours of play.

Rift apart is actually unreasonably good. I no where near expected it to be as good as it was but it was actually amazing.

Astros playroom was my sons first platinum which is awesome for a 8 year old. We love the game

Returnal is, for me, the best PS5 game thus far. Demon's Souls comes at a close 2nd, with Rift Apart and HFW fighting for 3rd place.

I'd have to make room for Miles, but you look at that list and for its two delay-filled years - that is a very solid start imo.

Demon's souls is the most beautiful remake ever to be released on home console. Also an epic game. But they just about nailed the best games avaliable. Ratchet and clank show how good the ssd is and is slick and so much fun. But must play is astro its free and gives you the omg moment when you can feel his little foot steps through the dualsense. Amazing

If I could describe Rift Apart with one word it would be FUN. I got it just to add it to the collection and I now I'm hooked.

Kena was one of my favourite ps5 games. I rarely hear much about it but it’s incredibly good and very fun.

Ragnarök was amazing. I just got into GoW this year lol played the 2018 one, beat it in 3 days, then got Ragnarök

just got my ps5 last week..first game i got was demon souls, and aquired returnal yesterday :) can NOT wait for hogwarts legacy now :)

Despite only have a PS2 and PS3 now i love this channel. From what i've seen the PS5 is a great console but a system that been out for over 2 years its selection is pretty lacklustre and feel samey. A lot of the PS5 games are basically upscaled PS4 games, I hope we get more variety in the future.
