I'm looking for a turbo kit for a chevy 5.3 truck, single turbo, do you offer a kit with the pipes and flanges welded on? I also noticed that it talks about not being legal on some vehicles, I want to put a kit on my 2009 Chevy Silverado with the 5.3, is that legal?

I don't get why there needs to be plumbing going back into the engine, can the turbo not just such in more air into the engine at the rear through the exhaust?
