Great video! I really like this latest release. As for the ditch light problem, all you need to do is take off the shell. If I'm remembering correctly from when I did this, there should be a ditch-light light bar. Sometimes, the bar will shift or droop when putting the shell on, so the end of the optic bar doesn't line up with the LED board. I had this happen with the headlight on my BNSF ES44DC when I was doing some modifications, and you just need to make sure that everything is tight and lines up properly. And the speed thing shouldn't be an issue after some speed matching, as others have said. I kind of like the lower speed range because it's realistic and smooth, but I can see where it would be annoying. Doubt IM did it deliberately so it wouldn't run well.

Anyway, sorry for writing a paragraph, but I really enjoyed the video. I'm hoping to get a few more IM GEVOs this year. Can't wait to see more!

Deryk Glass had the same problem with te ditch lights on his NS gevo too! As for the speed problem, that will just take some speed matching and programming to get em going the same.

Layout is looking good, if you have JMRI, you can speed match all your locomotives to the same speed. If you like running DPU and trailing units, it's the way to go.

If anything the GEVO runs more realistic. The athearn ACe's are way to fast. In real life the ACe should never be as fast as it is in HO Scale.

The slow speed problem is because the Sound decoder is in the fuel tank.

I got me a IM Gevo too. It has a slight humming noise like I heard in your video when they were running by. But other than that it runs good, lights look good.Anyway good video. RT
