Using Salesforce Einstein Reply Recommendations, we can save our Service Agents time by recommending texts to them when they chat with the customers. Service Agents can reduce their typing time by making use of the Einstein Reply Recommendations.

I want to use einstein reply feature in Bot .Is this possible ?

Thanks for the video! When I try to set this up in my org though (we're using MIAW), I'm getting an error 'You don't have enough chat data to build a model. Einstein usually needs 1000 closed chat transcripts to build a model, but may need more if the chats are short. You currently have x. Try again when you have more'. I'm confused though because MIAW doesn't create chat transcript, so how did you get around this?

Thanks for the video! However, I wonder what is the difference between Reply Recommandation and Service Replies? Do they work differently in a beneficial way?

If a reply recommendation is marked as not helpful, you still can post or edit it. Anyway to stop that?
