In 2011, I came home from Iraq, and I was told somethings. I was told that I was disabled. Told that I had PTSD, and that that's just how way things were gonna be. And I accepted that for a long time. I became blind to the effects that my limiting beliefs, my ideas about myself were having on my wife, my children, my own health.
