Karasmai E's over the wolves for blue, auto 3, then Q wolves on the way to frog. Do blue and frog together (blue should be half hp by the time to start hitting frog and finish it with Q) You should leave with 70% hp, 1 pot, and smite. Smite, W, Q for crug.

as a kayn main ive been doing this and its really fast and good... unless u get invaded when ur doing gromp and blue... it could be faster with a leash and if u cancel q animations with walls.

Similar full clear that's more consistent and easier:
Red (leash) krugs, raptors, lvl up q, wolves, blue, smite gromp to drag it and double clear blue and gromp. If done well, you have a full clear with about 4/5 hp

I mean, he starts on chickens if hes going to start with out leach, also cancelling the q animation on the wall is very usefull
