Science kits are handy and unless you have lots of craft items around, it's often more expensive to buy/correct all the items for a single student. Looks like a good year ahead!

Thank you so much for posting this! This is the EXACT curriculum I am planning for my 9th grade son. I have never used SonLight so I am very nervous. I’ve homeschooled a long time but totally new curriculum this year. What else did you add for your freshman? Blessings!

Are every one of those books from Sonlight used in the curriculum or are they suggested reading? That seems like a lot of books for one student for one year, or maybe my kids aren't reading enough? 🤷‍♀️
