Looks complicated.
We used 2 paper feeders. With one rotary cylinder mounted between them and mounted two short stroke cylinders onto the rotary. With suckers and vac lines.
One sucker picks paper while the other deposits and then the arm rocks back.
For high speed we mounted 2 and wrote a PLC program to match.
For an in house project that let us run our burger line at about 110ppm.
