your hair was already kind of layered, i tried to cut my curly hair for the first time today, it wasn't intially layered and i tried this technique. I had to make a few adjustments to the plan during the process, as i wanted the "focus point" where it's the widest higher up. I also added some more layers in order to make it look more gradual.
All in all i liked this technique.
However, this layered look didn't show up at the back at all, so i had to come up with an emergency plan. It turned out good eventually.

Edit: please use scissor shears/ scissors specifically meant to cut hair. Regular scissors can cause split ends

The sad thing is, the men and boys that desperately need to learn from this series will excuse Jamie's behavior because the girl he murdered was a bully. Because they go by "the perfect victim" logic, a victim that simply does not exist. We see that every day towards women that haven't been all nice and smiles or women that have cheated. In Germany, there is an entire documented case where a Youtuber attempted to murder his wife in front of their children while on drugs (the only reason she survived is because neighbours heard their fight and called the police) and in return to that coming out, the Youtuber stated "Well, she was cheating on me", which isn't confirmed or proven at all. And yet people flocked to his side in support, that it was his right as a man to nearly kill her because she apparently cheated. And like, I hate cheaters. Completely. But that escalation of violence isn't okay and it's so fucked that for so many men, it is. Literally just two weeks ago a woman was murdered by her ex. It's a daily occurance and not enough is done. At the same time, we have people like Andrew Tate or the Right wing ideology pushing violent stereotypes onto young boys and men as an answer to their problems. Especially weaponizing lonely men.
