How would a LP person go about his or her day. What I mean is, how do you use this theory or philosophy or implement it in everyday life?

0:46 I don‘t think it is fair to see postmodernism as an objection to objective truth. Logical positivism didn‘t have any ground to argue in favor of objective truth, since truth by them isn‘t something more than something being empirically verifiable (therefore accessible by experience) or logically trivial or a logical construction. I would even argue that it is compatible with postmodernism considering logical positivists see unobservable terms as „electrons“ or „energy“ as theory dependent and therefore only existent by convention.

The core proposition of logical positivism creates a performative contradiction. The act of stating it presupposes that the proposition itself is true and meaningful inspite of its failure to be shown to be true through empirical evidence, logical deduction or tautology.
