I think the programmers should get alot more! Thats the most hardest frustrating thing to do. If they mess up one line of code it could destroy the whole game. Thats how much pressure they have on them

I see artists arguing they put more life than programmers... Programmers saying they are the root of everything... Wake up, developing community, you need each other just to finish one damn project! Arguing for who's doing more job or who's better is ridiculous, you need each other to put what you call "life" into the game.

In my honest opinion, Game Designers and Animators should have a better salary than programmers. They are the heart of the game. :)

yet even mediocre youtube channels make way more. and some make 10-20x more. off the same games these guys make. life is fair.
