New Miraculous dolls for 2022-Collector Masquerade Marinette, Scooter, Ladybug and Cat Noir Movie

The only doll that was not provided for review was COLLECTOR MARINETTE who I bought on Amazon.

I think the “holiday” doll is absolutely beautiful, I don’t watch the tv show but the doll is something I’d consider buying 😅

15:36 Okay, as I have not yet checked if the new collection Miraculous Kwamii Surprise Boxes has been released in stores, I don't know if there is a difference between the American release or European countries release (I'm living in France btw) or if they actually removed this possibility...
BUT with the first 2 previous waves, we could guess which figurine was in the box by looking at the inscription just above the barcode.
At the end, we had a letter from A to F (or from A to H for Wave 2) which indicated which Kwamii was inside:
A = Tikki ; B = Plagg ; C = Trixx ; D = Pollen ; E = Wayzz ; F = Nooroo ; G = Duusu and H = Fluff

Happy to hear that Miraculous is popular in America too and that the dolls are so good! ^^

Wish the dolls were a little more articulated. They just stand so awkwardly. Also wish they had the gloves but they would be hard to make so there's that.

I’ve seen the scooter at Target. Playmates was kind enough to us some dolls awhile ago I’ve seen Dragon Bug, Bunnix and Vesperia I think I spelled these correctly 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️ at Target as well. I saw the 1 in the big red dress on Amazon so tempting. Oh the action figures with articulation I’ve seen at five below I got Marinette there and cat noir out of costume. I would love more out of costume especially Rena she’s our fav ❤️❤️❤️

I think the movie dolls are on the UK amazon and hopefully they’ll be coming to Smyths Toy Superstore soon because so far I haven’t seen the movie dolls there. However I have seen some of the other new dolls their such as LadyDragon, CosmoBug, Vesperia and Luckycharm Ladybug and the scooter ladybug set. I definitely need to get the movie dolls because they’re gorgeous especially Marinette😍

I've seen the whole season 4 and the reason, why she has a different outfit than the regular ladybug and comes with a scooter because ( this might contains spoiler for season 4)

1. She gets that new outfit when she uses her luckycharm power, because she's the guardian of the miraculouses now and her pigtails become longer too in this form, plus she doesn't have the black turtle neck in this version too.

2. The scooter is actually based of of an episode of season 4 called queen banana, where ladybug uses her luckycharm and gets a scooter.

I've managed to nab the mini dolls at 5 below, but I've always found them in very small quantities (Like I don't even think the stores get more than 2 or 3 of each character) and they're the doll only, no accessories. I've made the character's weapons out of toothpicks, clay, and stretchy cord for display because of that. I actually prefer the mini dolls, cause they actually have an extra ankle joint (They lose the wrist joint though), and they look closer to the characters in the show! But yeah they are very difficult to find :(((

I don't know about Series 2, but Series 1 of the Kwami blind boxes did have codes. They were a string of letters and numbers, but the only ones you had to pay attention to were the last letter. For example LH1242A and LH1305A are both Tikki because they end in A. They were printed on the bottom of the box above the bar code.

Cat Noir's doll needs a makeover, eyes are still weird
