I should note that during the pre-chorus there is the little out of tune part, in order to achieve that just pull the strings down slightly on the first chord to get that sound! I forgot to note that in the video!

Why is the tuning for the guitar? I did standard running and put my capo on the 2nd fret and it sounds nothing like yours :(
