I'm so thankful for the way Bill portrayed Richie + his sexuality. He was so honest and informed about it and I was able to see myself in his character a bit. I always get a bit nervous whenever a straight person plays a gay character but he definitely did Richie justice. I hope somewhere off-screen he got the happy ending he deserved.

even if u weren’t a fan of the first movie u should see this sequel even just for Bill Haders performance alone. he was fucking fantastic. i don’t realise how talented he was
