Interact with people
Find out what their current needs/sources of pain are
Get their emails / ask the if they’re interested in training that will help them / build audience via social media
Create script for video training that solves their problem(s) based on one’s research
Get enough people for a rough draft training session and record it
Get feedback about the product and revise it
Use product as an incentive for opt ins and a way to grow email list
Refine product and offer at final price point for finished product

❤❤❤ YES! YES! YES!!! This is exactly step-by-step how to build that email list that you desperately desire. Really pay attention to when Sunny says you don't need a huge email list to make a ton of money because it is so true and a huge email list means a huge amount of people on that list who may not actually be interested and what it is you have to offer. A bonus tip that I would add to this strategy is to check your email list maybe once a month or once every couple of months and delete those people from your email list who don't open or don't react and engage with your emails. This will help keep your email list clean to only those who actually want to hear from you and that will help the email providers know to send your emails into their inbox and not their spam or promotions box.
