The Recipe for Great Communication

If we look at our communication as if we're preparing a meal, we'll find 5 ingredients present in every meal we prepare: Clarity, Brevity, Context, Impact, and Value. But how much of each ingredient do we need?

That depends on who you'll be speaking to. Different audiences have different tastes, so you'll need different proportions of each ingredient. Some people will need more Clarity, some will need more Impact, or Context.

Honestly, i just got here because of an english activity on my school but this is actually really helpful. I have ASD (autism) and i have a lot of problems with communication. I usually say things too loud when i want to be quiet and too quiet when i want to be loud, i also have a lot of problems with making my speech more clear, or quick (i basically have problems with all of the "ingredients" in this video) so it is extremely helpful for neurodivergent people or just people with some communication problems. Seriously, i will probably never forget this. Thank you so much for this video.
