It’s worth suggesting that people do a trial swap of their first use of this. Admittedly it doubles the gas fees, but it is better to do that than lose a large amount of crypto because one has a misunderstanding.

Just tried to use Arbitrum to sent ETH more cheaply but now I have to bridge it back to ETH mainnet and the bridge costs are just as much as gas fees on ETH mainnet. What's the bloody point of these L2s if I pay the same but have to spend so much more effort to do it?
