Question regarding your procedures in place for fighting fake reviews: if a malicious person leaves a fake negative review for a business, you state that the business can request further information from the reviewer (yet you also state that reviewers are not obliged to provide it). If the reviewer does not provide it, the business can mark it as "not a genuine experience".

With this in mind, isn't it possible for anybody to leave a fake negative review and not provide evidence? What protocols do you have in place for such scenarios?

Another telltale sign is that she didn't purchase anything from men's accessories. A genuine customer does get an email informing about a 365-day return policy. Sometimes, you can tell real and fake customer reviews easily when reviews are cut and paste in multiple internet online companies.

Still unclear on your policy towards on abusive reviews:

I've had a look at your Code of Ethics (which states that you do not tolerate abuse) + your protocol on flagging reviews (which states that you do not remove a review "just because it contains profanity or swear words"?)

In my opinion, this is rather unclear as most would agree that profanity and swearwords do fall under abusive behaviour.
