Master of Puppets - Metallica

Both great charts, I may still prefer the GHM chart for nostalgia purposes, but RhythmAuthors did a great job with the Festival chart. I like the use of HOPO's and strums to create natural accents to go along with the music.

The solo is interesting, I like the GHM chart better when the fast part first starts (5:59), but towards the end (6:04) I like what Festival did with grace notes better.

FF’s chart has no 3 note chords at all and it feels wrong, feels like I’m playing on Hard. It’s like Harmonix is afraid to use them at all. I hate it.

If I’m not mistaken. Fortnite bought the company/developers that made guitar hero/rock band. That’s why they look similar if not the same.

it’s pretty impressive how well fortnite festival actually manages to differentiate itself chart wise so it doesn’t feel exactly the same which makes it a lot more fun imo

Didn’t even get ride the lightning in guitar hero so I’m kinda glad it’s in Fortnite

And remember folks, people play fortnite with a ps4/5 controller, so, at 5:59 theres a dude mashing L1 with his left index finger with all his might 😂, im one, (and all those greens, mashing L2)

I think playing the original chart for so long makes it very hard to adjust to the new stuff.
I think 1 part i do dislike that part of the solo is just descending notes instead of how GH does it.
Its alright, maybe ill like it more after a few times.

Hoo boy. GHM’s got the awesome mocap and typical Neversoft chordfest of a chart, but has extended sustains. Festival’s chart is probably more accurate overall with more sensible chord progression and HOPO chords, but isn’t as fun to watch visual wise. It’s so hard to pick which is better because they’re both great in my opinion!

i remember when i think i was either 7 or 10 playing guitar hero metallica with my dad and the guitar hero 3 it was probably the best moments ever and why i started loving rythm games so that fortnite has somethign like guitar hero now im happy
