This ending really is emphasizing the problems with this whole run because even when he knows he dosen't have much time left on the book Spencer still can't get to the point without taking 4 issues to do what anyone else would do in 2.

Sinister War #1 had so much promise, but issues 2 and 3 have really dragged their feet. Hoping that the regular book tie-ins have the real meat of this story.

I predict that the only way Peter is going to win this fight is to let Ben show up to help him, thus explaining why he takes over again as Spidey.
It also would fit in narrativly, considering Ben activly decided against being that kind of puppet Kindred described and became a hero thanks to the same mantra that also inspired Peter.

So New York is CHOKED with superheroes and vigilantes, you can't throw a rock without hitting one, and you want to tell me not a single one is around to help Spiderman? It just breaks the illusion of this being an interconnected universe just because its a "Spiderman book".

The art was nice but I haven't liked Spencer's run for the longest and this didn't help because I feel like this event should've happened way earlier or is just unnecessary
