Used Books Monthly - Unboxing and Review

First of all, I love being able to reuse or rehome books. So when I was looking at different book subscriptions I loved the idea of these books getting a new home instead of a new book being printed. I like the environmental benefit there. Also the team there has been super super friendly and helpful.

Since these are used books I was able to pick one umbrella genre for my order. So I picked SciFi. They had several other major categories available as well.

But, I had a question that’s off topic and was wondering if you could help?

I’d like to share with you some history first… so, I’ve been emailing the community help on Amazon, emailed three times, asking for their assistance in moving customer reviews and it’s been almost a month with no response from them… and maybe it’s not possible for them to help with what I’m asking or maybe I’m reaching out to the wrong contact I have no idea!

So here’s my question:

Could Amazon move customer reviews?

I have a couple of reviews on my books “series” page rather than the books actual page and there’s no way a regular customer could find it without actually digging, and I’d really like all the reviews I can get on my book seeing how the series reviews don’t count to my overall total.

They are well written reviews uploaded by a couple of my betas, but their words unfortunately are falling on blind eyes.

Do you know if Amazon can help with this issue?

Am I contacting the wrong people?

I tried looking for help elsewhere and it leads me nowhere. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

I've always wanted to do a subscription service like this before this video came out. I'm not mad someone got to it first--quite the opposite. I want more people to do subscription services like this. This would mean less books get wasted or are left to yellow and collect dust.
