My outline preview does not use GPU acceleration, I am using the latest build of Illustrator 2019. Do I need to turn it on somewhere in the setting?

Absolutely fabulous stuff! Suggesion - please add degradable visual display as in Indesign. by the way your soundtrack has these ultra -low bass thumps...not sure why but interesting in effect...(could be your table)
for example 2:40-2:48 and 2:50-2:56
