Wow thank you thank you. I just was taught a bit of poi at a rave and I fell inlove and bought one. Alas the handle I tried was the ball one and the one I received had a strap. Seems silly, but i love the two finger strap method and I wouldnt have figured that out on my own haha. I'll watch all your videos!!

Whats the best way to hold poi that is long but you want to shorten it?

What the heck can anyone show how to exactly hold one with two loops, and actually have the two loops in their hand explaining it instead of telling us about it all they have one loop in their hand with this other one that has a one piece smh
