oh, its been years since ive done perlers! the painters tape thing is genius, wish i knew that when i was a kid churning these out. no more warping your stencils and boards lol

Instant sub just because you actually melt them all the way. I can't tell you how many kids back in the 90s would only melt them just enough to get the beads to stick together.

I always thought you just ironed them until the stuck together, keeping the holes in them, not entierly melting them like that.

My favorite weeping bell interaction in the anime is any interaction with team rocket(mostly james)!
