Doing a music venue with 4 nightclubs. We used this tutorial to create a wall graze family using an IES file. Super helpful and really appreciate you taking the time to produce this. We modified the family to be a ceiling based family so it would schedule.

Great as usual! Quick question, when you want to add a material quickly, you change the material, wouldn't be faster to apply a paint of that material? Does it differ from changing the material of the whole wall?

Great tutorial, my problem is that when loaded to the project, the family will be considered as a Generic Model (15:38) and not as a Lighting Fixture family, thus making it incapable to be included in any Luminaire schedule.
