Would be great if Rode would give us more virtual outputs to the second pc. Beacn has done this with their Beacn studio. I split the load between my two pcs, but cannot split the audio well because I like running Discord and Game (sometimes even music) on one pc… while running pretty much all streaming recording software on the second pc. Which could be easily solved if I had maybe four virtual outputs to pc 2 instead of just two outputs. Thoughts?

I'm not sure why but after downloading the Beta Program the Rode Central desktop app doesn't register my rodecaster pro II. anyone else have that issue? Thanks in advance.

Maybe it's me, but the it seems to sound overall clean and clearer, or at least the embedded effects are better, like the the Noise Gate. The noise floor is close to 0 on my sm7b

Everything is working except for the gaming audio in OBS. I can hear it through my headphones connected to the Rodecaster, but OBS isn’t picking it up. I've double- and triple-checked all the settings, and everything seems correct. Any ideas?

When i connect spotify to the music fader i turn it down on the interface but on obs its staying the same volume. is there a fix ?

I figured out how to get the main virtual drivers working and everything else working, the only thing that isnt working is the ability to make my obs desktop audio virtual a. I only have chat, system, and main multitrack as options. It's not a huge deal, everything still works, I would just kind of like to see what the total decibel level being sent to stream is

Also less importantly, Spotify doesn't recognize any sound sources... I assume thats a spotify problem tho and not rodecaster

I think I answered my question from your other video haha. Just stumbled into this one on your page. So my dual pc setup is essentially exactly your diagram but it’s flipped since I have discord on my main PC. I send everything through my line out to my streaming pc with my goXLR mini right now. Do you think I could replicate that the same way with the RCP2? This is- sending everything through the secondary to the streaming pc. I like to do that so I can hear what my stream is hearing with the exception of music, I could have the music set at a specific audio level on the stream pc and I can “mute it” on my end via the audio interface so it’s not in my headphones but it continues to play for my viewers on my stream. Does that make sense?
Awesome awesome video and this update might just have sold me on this device. After I watched your first two I was thinking all that was missing was some virtual cables similar to goXLR and here it is!
Last q- how has it been treating you since this update? Everything working properly?

I get NO audio in my headphones unless I hit the green prefade button. And I have Main Mix selected in the Routing tab. Any ideas why I'm not hearing audio from any of my sources? Mac computer connected to RCP2 vis USB. In the Sound settings (Output tab) I have RodeCaster Pro II Main Stereo selected.

this has worked seeming great but using everything the correct way you have and i watched your previous video on how to set this up my problem still remains.
For some reason my Streaming PC (USB1) is not picking up any sound from my Gaming PC (This includes Videos, Games, ETC)
I've got everything routed correctly as well and i can see the sound coming through USB2 but it never reaches my stream PC (Rodecaster Main Stereo)
Ive also seen someone with the identical problem i have in your comments and you mentioned to make sure USB2 Was output through USB1 which i have done and still nothing.
Any ideas?

Another question for you. I now dj and want to live stream on tiktok. I have would like to some how record video with iPhone but get great audio. Is there a way to utilized the rode caster pro 2? I have xlr monitor speakers setup with my dj controller.
At the moment my rode caster pro 2 is setup with my dual pc gaming set up. In would love to run everything on the Pro 2 at once, so i dont have to connect and disconnect my gaming setup. any suggestions?
