Our brain is wired toward routine so much so that we stop seeing the people in our lives and when we do, it's usually because something is wrong. This has a negative impact on our sense of connection, our relationships and ultimately our health.

Try this simple practice of being on the lookout for other people's good moments and feel good about them...you'll get an extra boost, it's good for your health and I'll show you how.

Elijah I was just diagnosed with COVID-19 there’s self testing and then had a confirmation test symptoms started Christmas night December 25. Symptoms are not too bad just cold symptoms I am vaccinated and boosted with Pfizer so this is a little bit annoying. But I needed this uplift and it was very good now
self isolating so I’m not gonna go out and see other people. One of my daughters is working on a project for work telecommuting from our house although again I am self isolating in the house and
we have three dogs they’ve just told me I can’t be as lovey-dovey and petting of the dogs as I usually am because they can get this COVID-19 also. Double bummer but one of the dogs was sitting outside just sunning herself and I decided to do the same .so I left my inside room and I’m now in my big outside room thanks for the inspiration.
